Ocean’s Eleven (1960)

Looks like this Rat Pack classic was just an excuse for a bunch of friends - Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Peter Lawford and Joey Bishop - to get together and have a blast. It’s not film-making at its finest. And will disappoint, if you’re expecting a cool gadget-filled action flick. But it’s fun. It’s more about the people than about the plot. And it has something the remake doesn’t – class.
