Friends: Huh? You mad!!?
Me: The book is decent. How bad can the film be?
Friends: Ok, But if the film is the pits, the booze is on you.
Me: Ok.

Talk about masochism. Why would you want to watch a movie about a book that shouldn't have been written in the first place?
Nah, the book isn't that bad. It's a good read for trains and airports.
